Therapeutic Services
The Center provides comprehensive services including
- speech and language therapy
- dental, hearing, and vision screening
- occupational therapy
- play and socialization skill groups to help children develop positive relationships with peers
- psychological consultation to help children enter kindergarten ready to succeed.
A Fairfax County Public Schools specialist comes to the Children's Center several times a week to conduct assessments and arrange placements and referrals for children who have special needs.
